River Caddy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. All content and code within River Caddy is the property of River Caddy LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not misuse the Service by interfering with its operation or attempting unauthorized access.
- Do not scrape, data mine, or copy fly patterns, river data, or reports without permission.
- Do not upload or share content that is harmful, unlawful, or infringes on others' rights.
6. Third-Party Services
River Caddy may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google, Supabase). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those services.
7. Disclaimers
No Professional Advice
River Caddy provides fly fishing information, suggestions, and data for recreational purposes only. It does not constitute professional guiding, safety instruction, or legal advice. Always use your own judgment and adhere to local regulations and safety precautions when fishing or exploring outdoors.
Not a Guiding Service
River Caddy LLC is not a licensed guide or outfitter and does not provide in-person guiding services. Any recommendations or predictions generated by the Service are informational only and may not reflect real-time conditions.
Use at Your Own Risk
Fishing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or environmental hazards. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your actions and experiences on or near rivers or natural areas.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of river conditions, weather forecasts, access points, or fly recommendations.
